Custodian for Temporary Position

We are currently seeking a responsible and committed custodian for a 10-month temporary position. During your employment period, you will work in various operations within the municipality and contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment. The role involves varied tasks within service, maintenance, and property management.

Your Assignment

As a custodian with us, you will:

  • provide service and practical support to operations within the municipality
  • be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of indoor and outdoor environments
  • handle fault reports and perform minor repairs
  • work with key and access systems as well as fire safety measures
  • order materials and manage deliveries
  • participate in planning and execution of safety and evacuation drills

Your Experience

  • Driving license (B) for manual transmission
  • experience in custodial work or property management
  • good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • high school diploma

Meritorious:

  • experience working with digital systems for fault reporting and orders
  • knowledge of access systems, fire safety, or security work
  • previous work in public sector
